01Overview
Presently is a mobile app that helps you track gift ideas and per-person budgets. This policy explains what happens to your data while you use it.
Presently has no server, no account system, and no cloud sync. All data lives only on your device; nothing is ever sent to a remote system.

02Data We Collect
Presently does not collect any personal data. It requires no account creation, sign-in, or authentication. The app contains no analytics tool, advertising SDK, or crash-reporting service.
The app itself never uses your device's internet connection for any purpose.
03Cihazınızda Saklanan Veriler
Eklediğiniz kişiler, doğum günleri ve özel günler, hediye fikirleri, bütçeler ve arşiv kayıtları yalnızca cihazınızdaki yerel bir veritabanında (sembast) tutulur. Bu kayıtlar hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez ve Presently ekibi dahil kimse tarafından görülemez.

03Data Stored On Your Device
The people you add, their birthdays and occasions, gift ideas, budgets, and archive entries are kept only in a local database (sembast) on your device. This data is never sent to any server and cannot be seen by anyone, including us.
Preferences such as theme, currency, language, and reminder settings stay on-device the same way.
04Bildirimler

04Notifications
If you turn on occasion reminders, notifications are scheduled and shown entirely on your device. No remote push-notification service or third-party server is involved. Notification permission is only requested when you enable this feature.
05Yedekleme ve Dışa Aktarma
Yedeği dışa aktar özelliği verilerinizi tek bir JSON dosyasına yazar ve cihazınızın sistem paylaşım menüsünü açar; dosyayı nereye kaydedeceğinize (e‑posta, bulut sürücü, dosya yöneticisi vb.) siz karar verirsiniz. Presently dosyayı kendiliğinden hiçbir yere göndermez.

05Backup & Export
Export backup writes your data to a single JSON file and opens your device's system share sheet; you decide where the file goes (email, cloud drive, file manager, etc.). Presently never sends it anywhere on its own.
Restoring works the same way: a file you choose is read entirely on-device.

06Third Parties
Presently does not share, sell, or rent your data to any third party — there is no server-side copy to share in the first place. The app does not include any third-party library or service that collects or transmits data off the device.

07Permissions
The app only asks for permissions tied to features you actually turn on: notification permission when you enable reminders, and the system's own file-picker permission when you choose a backup file. It never requests location, contacts, camera, or microphone access.
08Veri Güvenliği ve Saklama
Verileriniz, uygulamayı kaldırana kadar cihazınızda kalır. 08Data Security & Retention
Your data stays on your device until you remove it. You can permanently delete everything at any time via "Delete all data" in Settings; uninstalling the app has the same effect. Since no copy ever exists on a server, there's nowhere else for it to be deleted from.

09Children's Privacy
Because Presently doesn't collect data from anyone — including children — there is no separate process for handling children's data. The app is intended for a general audience.

Since all your data already lives on your device, you can access, correct, export, and delete it instantly from within the app — no separate request process is needed.
